Lanes End Farm
Hollow Road, East Stroudsburg, PA
Private Event Capacity: indoor up to 12 people, outdoor up to 100 people, BYOB
For 25 years, classically-trained Chef Daniel Mattrocce catered to the culinary needs of some of the Big Apple’s most famous celebrities at some of its finest venues. A few years ago, he bought an 1800’s farm in Marshalls Creek as a personal refuge, though the tranquil setting quickly inspired the Lanes End Farm, where today, Daniel creates new culinary experiences for intimate groups through enrichment of the senses: farm-style meals prepared from locally-sourced ingredients beneath a copper-clad skylight doming over the kitchen, served overlooking the century-old apple orchard and pond, or perhaps entwined throughout the sculpture garden with choreographed music in the background. Aperitif in the potting shed…yes please!

Warm and comfortable, yet calculated and precise.
